Facebook & Instagram integration with StartMsg

"StartMsg is based on Facebook and Instagram, a marketing platform, which allows you to integrate your social accounts easily. To get started, you first need to import your Facebook and Instagram accounts into StartMsg. The process is simple and quick - just follow the instructions provided.

How to import Facebook and Instagram accounts

• Log in to the StartMsg dashboard. Find the menu in the sidebar on the left Connect accounts and click it.
• A page for linking Facebook and Instagram will appear where you will see a button Connect with Facebook.
  Note: For a smooth process, make sure that Facebook is already logged in on another tab in the same browser.

• Click the button Log in with Facebook.
  A modal form with three options will open: edit settings, continue using your profile name or log in to another account.
• To adjust the settings, select edit settings or just log in.
• When you select Edit settings, a window will appear in the next browser tab where Facebook is open. Here, select the Instagram business accounts you want to use with StartMsg. You can select multiple accounts or all the accounts you want to include.

• Click Next and another window will immediately pop up where you can select the Facebook pages you want to link to StartMsg. You can select one or several pages, then click again Next.
• In the next window, you need to specify what "StartMsg" are allowed to do. We recommend that you leave all options on.
  Click Retrieved from. You will then see a message that the linking to Facebook has been successful.

• When you're done, return to Connect accounts a page where you'll see a successful linking message with your connected accounts Facebook and Instagram. You'll also find two buttons under Facebook pages - connecting and deletion button.
• You can now enable bot connection on each linked page. To do this, under each page, click connecting button.
